State Hillel, the client’s presenter emailed me to let me know that they’re still working on their presentation, and will

email me the final version tomorrow morning.

Issue 378623: Wireless Microphone Request: Arch (East) 123: the client had an expert panel visiting her class

and asked for one or two wireless microphones for the class session: I gave her the names of Architecture IT

staff and cc’ed them on my reply so that they could respond, which they apparently did, since the client emailed

from the ticket to thank AVS. I replied to say that I was glad that she received the assistance that she requested, and

to let her know that I was going to close the ticket, but to please open a new one should she again need assistance with

classroom technology in an AVS-supported classroom.

Issue 381077: Event Support: 03/14/2015: 1900 - : per client, they need wireless microphones and audio equipment for a

debate: Atheism or Christianity: Which Makes More Sense?: I emailed the debate moderator and cc’ed the student to

explain that Van Leer W200 supports up to four wireless microphones but doesn't have the infrastructure needed to

support wired microphones or a mixer. The student ignored my reply enumerating the room’s capabilities, so I replied to

tell him that AVS can provide up to four wireless microphones, either lapel and hand-held. For his recording, mixing and

wired microphone needs, I suggested that he contact either PSAV, at 404-352-1418, or Showtime Atlanta, at 678-951-
